Build confidence before your baby arrives through evidence-based, interactive prenatal education.

Our live virtual class series covers pregnancy, labor and birth, postpartum recovery, newborn care, feeding, and practical preparation for bringing your baby home. Partners and support people are encouraged to attend.

👶 Practice

Learn by doing—not just watching.

Our Baby Basics Workshop gives families the opportunity to practice diapering, swaddling, babywearing, feeding, soothing, car seat basics, safe sleep, postpartum recovery tips, and more using demonstration dolls and hands-on stations in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Receive personalized care when you need it most.

Our in-home lactation visits provide individualized feeding support in the comfort of your home. Whether you're preparing before birth, navigating the first few days, managing breastfeeding or pumping challenges, or simply looking for reassurance, we're here to help you meet your family's feeding goals with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Beyond: The New Parent Circle is an ongoing postpartum support group where families can ask questions, receive lactation guidance, share experiences, celebrate milestones, and build community with other parents navigating the early months together.
